Full-Time Lead Pastor
We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Lead Pastor to join our community at Alger Park Church. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting and communicating our vision and mission, leading worship services, providing pastoral care, and fostering growth within the congregation. Candidates must be ordained or willing to become ordained as a Minister of the Word and/or Commissioned Pastor in the Christian Reformed Church.

Director of Faith Formation for Adults
This position will oversee all activities and programs, including Bible studies and small groups, for adult members and attenders. This is a part-time, hourly position (average approximately 15 hours per week).

This position will oversee the planning, maintenance, and operations of Alger facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds. This is a part time, hourly position.

Director of Music and Worship
We are currently hiring for the position of Director of Music and Worship. This position will work with the Lead Pastor and help coordinate and develop a creative, authentic worship experience and lead our musician volunteers, encouraging participation from all ages. This is a part-time, hourly position (average approximately 20 hours per week).
