Students

Middle School:

Catechism (grades 7-8): Every Sunday morning during the school year middle school students meet from 11-11:40 AM to study and discuss the Heidelberg Catechism:   a profound, personal, and Scriptural teaching of the Reformed tradition.   It is an opportunity for youth to learn and ask questions regarding the basic but long-standing questions of who we are and what we believe as Christ-followers.

Great Adventures (grades 6-8): Meets every other Sunday night after evening worship (6:15-8 PM) during the school year.  This time is a bit more informal than the Sunday morning Catechism class and involves dinner, games, and discussion based on a theme for the year.  It is an opportunity for youth to continue to build relationships with one another, as well as adult leaders in the congregation, and learn to apply Scripture lessons to everyday life.

High School:

Gravity (grades 9-12): Every Sunday morning during the school year high school students meet in the youth house from 11-11:40 AM for a time of fellowship and small group Bible study.  We begin together with a time of announcements, singing, prayer, and introduction before splitting up into age/gender groups for a more personal time of sharing and study.  A sense of true caring, accountability, and trust is established as leaders and students encourage one another in their faith journeys.

Deep Waters (grades 9-12): Meets every other Sunday night after evening worship (6:15-8 PM) during the school year.  This time is meant to continue the study and relationship building initiated on Sunday mornings.  Shared meals, team building activities, and discussion about difficult but practical issues challenge adult leaders and youth alike to seek God’s wisdom and direction from Scripture and fellow believers.
